Heritage Apartments are located at heritage sites in the city centre that have been given a conservation status to preserve the heritage and history of that area. To offer our guests an exquisite and comfortable stay at our apartments, the interior of the apartments have been transformed to modern and fully furnished living spaces.

The quality and design of our properties rival that of premium hotels. From the modern design to the luxurious amenities, everything has been prepared for your comfort and luxury. All apartments are furnished with luxurious bedding, 32-inch LCD flat screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning, kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, and complimentary wireless connection.

All the rates quoted on the website are indicative prices. The rates vary based on the unit, location and season for the booking. Prices also do not include utilities and GST where applicable. Please contact us for the most accurate quote.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card*.

Confirmation of the booking will be issued upon receipt of the first payment consisting of the following:

(i) 1-month rental in advance (Non-refundable)
(ii) 1-month rental deposit (Refundable)
(iii) Fixtures deposit of SGD 1,000 (Refundable)

Deposits are refunded within 14 days after check-out.

We will issue an invoice 2 weeks before the 1st working day of every month. Kindly make your payment by the 1st of every month.

We recommend that you email or call us to check the availability of our apartments. To confirm the apartment, we will require the signed booking agreement and the first payments to be made.

Heritage Apartments is not a real estate agent. There will be no commission incurred when you book directly through us.

Our rooms are catered to working professionals and adults. However, you may contact our reservation staff and they will advise you  on suitable apartments based on your request.

We regret that pets are not allowed in the apartments as we do not have the facilities to accommodate to them.

Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in the buildings. Guests who are caught smoking will be fined and be billed for professional cleaning services. We reserve the right to evict errant tenants who smoke within the apartment or premises.

Yes. Many of our satisfied clients are world-renowned MNCs, listed companies and local firms. For your convenience, we will liaise directly with the relevant department to complete the reservation process for you.

All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. All outstanding payments will be deducted from the deposits and the balance will be refunded.

17. What is the minimum booking period?
The minimum stay for our long stay apartments is 6 months and the minimum stay for our short stay apartments is 1 week.
