Heritage Apartments are located at heritage sites that have been given a conservation status to preserve the heritage and history of that area. To give you an exquisite stay at our apartments, we have transformed the interior of the apartments to modern and fully furnished living spaces.

The quality and design of our properties rival that of premium hotels. From the modern design to the luxurious amenities, everything has been prepared for your comfort and luxury. All apartments are furnished with premium bedding, 32-inch LCD flat screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning, kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, and complimentary wireless connection.

All the rates quoted on the website are indicative prices. Depending on the unit that you have chosen, the price may vary based on location and season. Prices also do not include utilities and GST where applicable. Please contact us for the most accurate quotation.

We accept cash, cheque and payments by bank transfer. Should you prefer to pay by credit card, please let our reservation staff know and they will assist you accordingly.

Our reservation system can only confirm an apartment for you after you have made the following payments:

(i) 1-month rental in advance (Non-refundable)
(ii) 1-month rental deposit (Refundable)
(iii) Fixtures deposit of SGD 1,000 (Refundable)

We will refund your deposits within 14 days after your check-out date.

We will issue an invoice 2 weeks before the 1st working day of every month. Kindly make your payment by the 1st of every month.

We recommend that you email or call us to check the availability of our apartments. To confirm the apartment, we will require a simple agreement to be signed and the first payments to be made.

Heritage Apartments is not a real estate agent. There will be no commission incurred when you book directly through us.

Our rooms are catered to working professionals and adults. However, you may contact our reservation staff and they will advise you on your request.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments as we do not have the facilities to cater to them.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments due to the laws prevalent in Singapore. Guests who are caught smoking will face a fine and will be billed for professional cleaning services. We reserve the right to evict errant tenants who smoke within the apartment.

Yes. Many of our satisfied clients are part of world-renowned MNCs, listed companies and local firms. For your convenience, we will liaise directly with the relevant department to complete the reservation process for you.

No cancellations are allowed after you have confirmed your booking. If there are any outstanding payments, we will deduct it from your deposits and refund the remainder.
